hidden in orlando. an old hotel turned to condos. a wonderful secret history of a building.

that isnt really all that new. combining households. enjoying downtime knowing it wont last for long.

emailed me the other day asking for an old photo of her dad. so i went digging through the archives and found these. this is how i used to spend my nights. walking around with the yashica on a tripod. standing in the dark counting. this is probably 2002.
WHERE WERE
you this time last year? where do you want to be this time next? answers can, and often should lead to action. there’s a hold steady lyric—”let this be my annual reminder, that we can all be something bigger.” i took these photos a year ago in a small town in tennessee, a town that plays heavily into who i am.
